ADA 10 Under 10 Award recognizes new dentists for making impact

Leaders, educators and advocates are among this year’s recipients of the ADA 10 Under 10 Award.

The ADA New Dentist Committee chose the honorees for demonstrating excellence and inspiring others in science, research and education; practice excellence; philanthropy; leadership; and advocacy. All 10 awardees are ADA members who graduated from dental school less than 10 years ago. They will receive a commemorative plaque and be recognized Oct. 9 at the ADA 2026 Scientific Session’s Changemakers Celebration in Indianapolis as well as on ADA channels.

Monique R. Belin, D.M.D.; Ocala, Florida
University of Florida College of Dentistry — 2017 
Dr. Belin is an endodontist who holds leadership positions throughout organized dentistry and opened three offices in central Florida after completing her residency in 2019.

Andrew Fraser, D.M.D.; Cohasset, Massachusetts
University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine — 2016
Dr. Fraser is an orthodontist, part-time faculty member at Penn Dental Medicine and advocate for expanded access to oral health care for children with disabilities.

Megan Krohn, D.D.S.; Kansas City, Missouri
University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry — 2016
Dr. Krohn serves as the chief dental consultant within the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services’ Office of Dental Health.

Ivy F. Lin, D.M.D.; Lake Forest Park, Washington
McGill University — 2017
Dr. Lin is the assistant director of the general practice residency program at the University of Washington School of Dentistry and an advocate for climate action and sustainability within dentistry.

Joseph Anthony Manzella-Kane, D.D.S.; Ivoryton, Connecticut
Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine — 2021
Dr. Manzella-Kane is the president-elect of the Connecticut State Dental Association, a member of the ADA Council on Ethics, Bylaws and Judicial Affairs, and a past speaker of the House for the American Student Dental Association.

Jessica Sliger, D.D.S.; Rogers, Arkansas
University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry — 2017
Dr. Sliger is a pediatric dentist, hospital provider, educator and researcher focused on trauma-informed, whole-child care and expanded access for people with unique health care needs.

Hitesh Vij, D.M.D.; Georgetown, Massachusetts
Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine — 2020
Dr. Vij, who is licensed in both the U.S. and Canada, is actively involved in research and several professional dental organizations.

Jonathan Vogel, D.D.S.; Dallas
University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Dentistry — 2018
Dr. Vogel serves as a senior director for the Texas Dental Political Action Committee and has participated in multiple dentistry-related lobbying efforts over the years.

Dylan J. Weber, D.D.S.; Boston
University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry — 2020
Dr. Weber leads a large group practice outside Boston and sits on the Massachusetts Dental Society board of trustees.

ArNelle Wright, D.M.D.; Oviedo, Florida
University of Florida College of Dentistry — 2017
Dr. Wright is the co-host of the ADA’s Dental Sound Bites podcast and an active member of organized dentistry at all three levels.
