ADA webinar to tackle One Big Beautiful Bill Act’s impact on student loans

Free event to take place Jan. 13

The American Dental Association and Laurel Road will host a free webinar to break down the One Big Beautiful Bill Act’s implications for dental students and dentists.

Beginning at 7 p.m. CST Jan. 13, student loan experts Joe McGrath and Amelia McCabe from Laurel Road will cover the impact of the bill on current and future student loan borrowers, including how the changes may affect dental professionals’ federal student loan repayment options. The experts will also provide clarification on Public Service Loan Forgiveness for dental professionals.

Participants will hear from ADA lobbyist Nicholas Cargas on how the ADA continues to advocate for meaningful student loan reforms on dentists’ behalf.

The webinar will be moderated by ADA New Dentist Committee member Camryn Bryant, D.D.S. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions.
