Find resources to help you succeed in ADA’s new early career hub
Curated content covers finding jobs, adjusting to dental office life, managing finances
Dentists who are early in their careers can find the resources they need to tackle their top challenges in the ADA’s new early career dentist success hub.
The curated content at ADA.org/earlycareer addresses questions and concerns reported in a recent survey of early career dentists, including how to find a job, how to thrive at work and how to manage finances.
Based on that feedback and input from volunteer stakeholders, including the ADA New Dentist Committee, Council on Communications and Council on Membership, the highlighted resources include contract negotiation guides, expert practice management advice, financial planning tools and more.
The hub also spotlights ADA advocacy and the One Big Beautiful Bill Act’s effect on student loans and links to articles from the New Dentist News and New Dentist blog, the ADA’s publications geared toward dentists who are less than 10 years out of dental school.
The ADA will regularly update the hub with the latest resources and news for early career dentists to help them succeed as they launch and navigate their careers.
