Touro College of Dental Medicine hosted a month-long Give Kids A Smile celebration in February, as well as invited children to participate in a variety of virtual, fun programs to celebrate National Children’s Dental Health Month. During this year’s fourth annual Give Kids A Smile events, Touro dental students and faculty provided more than 40 children with free dental screenings, cleanings, X-rays, fluoride, sealants and preventive restorations at Touro Dental Health, a 115-chair, 32,000-square-foot dental teaching practice. Throughout February, hundreds of kids participated in online seminars, a video challenge and other contests.
