House of Delegates livestream broadcast registration begins

Registration for the 2021 House of Delegates livestream broadcast is open.

The 2021 House of Delegates will convene Oct. 13-16 in Las Vegas at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.

Delegates must be present to participate and vote in the House of Delegates, but for non-HOD members, the livestream broadcast option is available for those who wish to watch the proceedings of the House of Delegates online.

Constituent and component staff, dental editors, specialty groups and all other groups or individuals may view the livestream broadcast by registering at  ADA.org/HODReg .

Due to pandemic concerns, seating in the House of Delegates section is limited to delegates, non-voting members of the House, council and commission chairs, executive directors and secretaries, the president and executive director of the American Student Dental Association, representatives from the American Hospital Association and American Medical Association and members of the ADA Headquarters office staff.

Seating in the alternate delegate section is available only to alternate delegates.

Hearings by the reference committees of the House of Delegates will be held in various rooms located in the Mandalay Bay South Convention Center.

All members of the ADA are privileged to attend hearings conducted by the reference committees of the House of Delegates and to participate in the deliberations.

Again this year, ADA members who are not members of the House of Delegates and nonmembers of the Association can submit written testimony in advance.

Visit ADA.org/writtentestimony for instructions on how to submit written testimony and to download the reference committee written testimony template.

The deadline for submission of written testimony is Oct. 8 at 5 p.m. Central time.
