The Health Resources and Services Administration Provider Relief Fund Reporting Portal is now open for providers who were approved to submit a late Period 2 report.
The deadline for providers to submit their report is June 14 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Providers who do not submit their report by the deadline will not receive another opportunity to submit and will remain non-compliant with Provider Relief Fund reporting requirements.
The Provider Relief Fund was established by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act to reimburse eligible providers for health care related expenses or lost revenue as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
