Phase 7 Provider Relief Fund reporting deadline approaches

Dentists who received funds during the seventh phase of the Provider Relief Fund must submit a report on the use of those funds in the Provider Relief Fund Reporting Portal by 11:59 p.m. ET Sept. 30.

Providers who received one or more PRF and/or American Rescue Plan Rural payments surpassing $10,000 in the aggregate from Jan. 1 to June 30, 2023 are required to report on their use of funds during Reporting Period 7. The Provider Relief Fund was established to allow dental providers to apply for payments for health care-related expenses or lost revenues due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

After submitting the report the provider’s organization must return any unused funds within 30 days after the end of Reporting Period 7, on Oct. 30. To submit a report, visit the PRF Reporting Portal and visit the Returning Funds webpage for more details and instructions on returning funds to the Health Resources & Services Administration.

For additional information, review the PRF Reporting and Auditing and Reporting Frequently Asked Questions webpages or call the Provider Support Line at 866-569-3522.
