Written testimony for House of Delegates reference committee hearings due Oct. 14

Livestream broadcast option available

ADA members and nonmembers who are not attending the House of Delegates reference committee hearings in New Orleans can submit written testimony by 5 p.m. CST on Oct. 14.

The 2024 House of Delegates will convene Oct. 19-22 at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

Hearings of the reference committees of the House of Delegates are scheduled for Oct. 20. All ADA members are welcome to attend the in-person reference committee hearings and to participate in the deliberations.

Visit ADA.org for instructions on how to submit written testimony and download the reference committee written testimony template. Delegates and members planning to attend the reference committee hearings should provide their testimony during the hearings. ADA members can access the reports and resolutions for the 2024 House of Delegates at ADA.org. Each reference committee has its own pdf.

Delegates must be present to participate and vote in the House of Delegates, but for nonmembers of the House, a livestream broadcast option is available. Register to view the livestream broadcast of the meeting of the House.

The deadline to register to view the livestream broadcast is Oct. 21 at 5 p.m. CST.
