SmileCon 2025 to create future-ready dental teams
Registration opens for meeting in Washington, D.C.

Registration is open for SmileCon 2025, which will bring dentists together Oct. 23-25 in the nation’s capital to enhance their teams’ capabilities, transform their practices and stay ahead in an ever-evolving industry.
"I'm thrilled to welcome you to SmileCon 2025 in my hometown — Washington, D.C.,” said Aliya Kassam, D.D.S., 2025 chair of the ADA Committee on Local Arrangements. “This year’s event is packed with incredible opportunities to meet, play, learn and smile. From dynamic CE sessions and hands-on learning to unforgettable celebrations and networking, there’s something for every member of the dental team.”
With a focus on creating future-ready dental teams, SmileCon will offer a curated learning experience for general dentists, hygienists, assistants, office managers, allied health professionals and nonclinical dental professionals.
Continuing education courses will come in a variety of formats — presentations, hands-on activities and master classes — allowing dental professionals to learn their way and go beyond the surface of the topics that interest them most.
Course and speaker details are available in the Agenda Builder at SmileCon.org. Attendees are required to register for the courses they wish to attend.
Beyond learning, SmileCon will provide various ways to connect and have some fun, from the Opening Session to a fest on Friday night to a tailgate party in Dental Central and more.
Pass options include the Smile Pass, which gives holders access to all three days of SmileCon, as well as one- and two-day passes. All passes allow holders to visit Dental Central and attend presentations.
The Smile Pass also includes access to the Opening Session, Friday night fest and tailgate party. The Opening Session and tailgate party are only available to one- and two-day pass holders who have access to the meeting on those days, and tickets to the Friday night fest are available for purchase for all one- and two-day pass holders.
New this year, those with a Smile Pass can pay a flat fee for a CE add-on that includes all master classes and most hands-on activities. Any pass holder can purchase each course individually.
Also new this year is a discount for groups who register for SmileCon together from the same practice. When at least three dentists or team members purchase Smile Passes in a single transaction, they will each receive a discount.
“The Committee on Local Arrangements and I are excited to bring the energy, history and spirit of our nation’s capital to life at SmileCon 2025,” Dr. Kassam said. “Join us for an inspiring experience you won’t want to miss."
