FinWise Bancorp acquires ADA credit card administrator

No service changes anticipated for ADA members

FinWise Bancorp acquired Tallied Technologies Inc., which administers the ADA credit card program. This acquisition is not anticipated to cause any service changes for ADA members.

Tallied Technologies had served as the credit card issuance and processing platform for FinWise Bank’s co-branded credit card programs. With the acquisition, FinWise Bancorp, the bank’s parent company, now owns its card technology infrastructure from application through issuing, processing and servicing, according to a company news release.

"FinWise's acquisition is centered on owning the platform technology and capabilities and is the next logical next step in the technology roadmap we have been executing for several years,” said Jim Noone, chief executive officer of FinWise Bancorp.

In November 2025, ADA Member Advantage launched a new credit card, the ADA Rewards World Elite Mastercard, for ADA members, their families and their practice staff.

“From a member perspective, I am glad uninterrupted service is expected. Cardholders continue to receive emails and their credit card statements from Tallied, just as they had prior to the acquisition,” said ADA President Richard Rosato, D.M.D.
