Register by Nov. 18 for early-bird pricing
The American Dental Association will cover current infection control requirements, recommendations and industry regulations during a live webinar for dental professionals Dec. 3.
“Infection Control and OSHA: What Every Team Member Must Know and Do” will take place from 5-8 p.m. CST. Through the webinar, dentists and team members will gain the knowledge and tools they need to meet compliance standards, minimize risks to patients and dental personnel, and strengthen safety across all areas of clinical practice.
The webinar will review Occupational Safety and Health Administration bloodborne pathogens requirements, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommendations for dental settings, and guidance from professional organizations. It will then translate them into clear, actionable steps for sterilization, instrument reprocessing, waterline management, environmental cleaning, personal protective equipment use and administrative controls.
The webinar is worth three continuing education credits. It is not included with the ADA Continuing Education subscription.
