ADA pushes proven, effective solutions for patient care

Jane Grover, D.D.S., senior director for the ADA Council on Advocacy for Access and Prevention, joined The Indicator, a Planet Money and NPR podcast, to discuss the ADA's alternative solutions for access to care that are more effective with treating patients in underserved areas. The focus of the podcast was dental therapists, who can perform cleanings and some procedures typically done by dentists. Dr. Grover discussed alternative ways the ADA is fighting for quality care by supporting both patients and providers.
