Can a smartphone app and stickers control possible awake bruxism?

A study published in the Journal of Oral Rehabilitation examined the effectiveness of using both digital and analogic tools to control possible awake bruxism.

The digital tool was a smartphone application that asked participants throughout the day if they were clenching their teeth, while the analogic tool consisted of stickers placed on their personal items that reminded them not to clench their teeth.

According to the study, the combination of both tools was significantly more effective than using the app alone.
