Certain eligible borrowers may receive student debt relief in coming weeks

The Biden Administration announced that more than 60,000 student loan borrowers can expect debt forgiveness in November and December.

The next round of student debt relief comes after the U.S. Department of Education overhauled the management of the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program and relaxed many of its restrictions, thereby allowing more nonprofit and government employees to qualify for debt cancellation after 10 years.
