Cyber Umbrella offers $2 million grant to boost cybersecurity within dental practices
According to a report from KTLA, Cyber Umbrella has offered to provide $2 million in funding to help support cybersecurity among dental professionals as concerns continue to rise over cyber threats.
The funding will be directed toward Penetration Testing Grants designed to identify potential vulnerabilities within the IT systems of dental professionals using comprehensive third-party penetration tests and risk assessment reports.
“Cyberattacks are on the rise, and even more vigilant IT departments can miss potential threats. By offering these … tests, we aim to provide dental practices with the knowledge of their vulnerabilities and the peace of mind that their systems are secure,” concluded Michael Benson, founder of Cyber Umbrella.
