Google launches AI app
The Gemini app is a free artificial intelligence application aimed at integrating AI technology into smartphones. The app promises various functionalities, including writing assistance, interpretation of content and life management support. Gemini will be available as a standalone app for Android devices and will later integrate into Google's search app for iPhones.
Google will offer an advanced subscription service for $20 a month, powered by AI technology named "Ultra 1.0," aiming to enhance user experiences with tutoring, programming tips, project ideas and content creation. “Ultra 1.0 is the first to outperform human experts on (massive multitask language understanding), which uses a combination of 57 subjects — including math, physics, history, law, medicine and ethics — to test knowledge and problem-solving abilities,” Google CEO Sundar Puchai wrote in a blog post.
