Veteran, dental student named a 2023 Pat Tillman scholar
An Iowa veteran has been named a 2023 Pat Tillman scholar for his dedication to helping others.
Zach Graham, a native of Cedar Falls, is an Army veteran and third-year student at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry.
The Pat Tillman Foundation named Graham as one of the recipients in honor of his advocacy activism. The Pat Tillman Scholarship is exclusively awarded to people who are military service members to help them pursue their academic goals.
The late Pat Tillman was a football star who gave up sports at the height of his fame to join the military.
