Task force extends deadline to convey opinions on enhanced CDT code set

Online session registration deadline is Feb. 21

The Enhanced CDT Code Task Force is extending the deadline to register for a community input session to Feb 21.

The task force is conducting the virtual session so that anyone in dentistry may voice their views on enhancing the current dental procedure code set. The task force is requesting that participants convey their thoughts on pain-points in the current CDT Code, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of an enhanced code set.

The session is scheduled from Feb. 22 from noon-1:30 p.m. Central time.

Registration via email to dentalcode@ada.org is required.

Upon registering, the participant will receive a separate email confirmation that contains the session’s connection information.

The Enhanced CDT Code Task Force was formed by the ADA Council on Dental Benefit Programs after the Enhanced CDT Code project was approved by the ADA Board of Trustees in July 2021.
